At the beginning of the week’s transactions, the Dubai real estate market recorded the sale of a plot of land in the Airport City area for AED 1.22 billion, according to the data.

The data indicated that the total area of ​​the land is approximately 13.6 million square feet, with an average price of AED 90 per square foot. The total value of sales amounted to AED 4.5 billion, resulting from 1,117 transactions. Airport City came in first place with a value of AED 1.25 billion through 12 transactions, followed by Al Yalayis 1 second with approximately AED 312 million resulting from 96 transactions, then Al Yufrah 1 third with AED 244 million through 49 transactions.

Mortgages achieved AED 459 million through 241 transactions, the highest of which was in Business Bay with AED 64 million through 40 procedures, then Emirates Hills came in second with about AED 36 million through 4 procedures, followed by Burj Khalifa in third place with AED 24 million resulting from 5 procedures. As for donations, they reached about AED 68 million through 38 transactions, the highest of which was in Jumeirah Village Circle with a value of AED 15 million resulting from 15 transactions, then Al Yufrah 1 second with AED 5.6 million through one transaction, followed in third place by Meisem 2 with AED 5 million resulting from one transaction.
