5 Billion Dirhams of Dubai Real Estate Transactions in a Day

Real estate transactions rebounded in Dubai yesterday, and real estate transactions at the Land Department recorded more than 5 billion dirhams, through 1,661 transactions. The department witnessed the registration of 1,432 sales worth 4.5 billion dirhams, including 292 sales of land, 965 sales of residential units, and 175 sales of buildings.

Wadi Al Safa 7 topped sales in the regions in terms of value, with a total of 1.02 billion dirhams, through 151 deals. The Wadi Al Safa 5 area came second, with a value of 729 million dirhams, resulting from 177 deals, and third was the Business Bay area, with 475 million dirhams, through 129 deals. And fourth, the Burj Khalifa area, through 37 deals, worth 257 million dirhams.

The market witnessed the sale of an off-plan residential apartment in the Palm Jumeirah area, within the “Serenia Living” project, at a value of 110 million dirhams, with an area of ​​about 1,748 square meters. Two residential apartments were also sold off-plan in the Dubai Water Canal area, within the “Casa Canal” project, each valued at about 33.5 million dirhams, and each area is about 615 square meters. Mortgages were recorded at 342 million dirhams, made through 171 transactions, including 36 mortgages for land, 105 mortgages for residential units, and 30 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 58 donations worth 166 million dirhams.
