Real estate transactions in Dubai market recorded on Monday 5 billion dirhams resulting from 1451 procedures, according to data from Dubai Rest. The value of sales amounted to 4 billion dirhams resulting from 1170 transactions, the highest of which was in Ghadeer Al Tayr area with a value of 1.6 billion dirhams through the sale of 96 plots of land. Then came the Dubai Water Canal second with about 247 million dirhams achieved through 87 transactions, followed by Burj Khalifa third with 143 million dirhams resulting from 29 transactions.
Mortgages also achieved 925 million dirhams through 240 procedures, with Business Bay coming first with a value of 510 million dirhams through 11 procedures, then Island 2 second with 36 million dirhams resulting from two procedures, followed by Arabian Ranches 1 in third place with about 29 million dirhams through 5 procedures.
As for donations, they reached 71 million dirhams through 41 transactions. The Jumeirah Lakes Towers area came first with a value of 61 million dirhams through 19 transactions, then Palm Jumeirah came in second place with about 10 million dirhams through 3 transactions, and Jumeirah Park came in third with 9 million dirhams resulting from one transaction.
