The Dari digital platform for real estate services, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, has registered six new residential projects, including five projects under construction and one completed project in Zayed City – Block 12, near Shakhbout City, Abu Dhabi. These projects contribute to the provision of 1,851 residential units, featuring designs inspired by Mediterranean architecture.
The platform showcased the Bloom Living – Almeria project, which includes 119 villa units, divided into 41 three-bedroom units, 62 four-bedroom units, 12 five-bedroom units, and four six-bedroom units. The Bloom Living – Olvera project, meanwhile, offers 288 residential units, equally divided between two- and three-bedroom units.
The Bloom Living – Civil project comprises 407 residential units, including 92 two-bedroom units, 233 three-bedroom units, 55 four-bedroom units, 19 five-bedroom units, and 8 six-bedroom units. The Bloom Living – Granda 1 project offers 483 residential units, divided into 78 studio units, 154 one-bedroom units, 174 two-bedroom units, and 77 three-bedroom units. The Bloom Living – Cassaris project comprises 392 villa units, divided into 248 two-bedroom units and 144 three-bedroom units. The Bloom Living – Cordoba project comprises 162 residential units, divided into 64 two-bedroom units and 98 three-bedroom units.
The Dari platform continues its role in documenting and registering new real estate projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as part of its efforts to enhance transparency and regulate the real estate market. This is achieved through a unified digital platform that collects data and provides integrated real estate services to customers and investors.
