Emirates Properties Company revealed the implementation of a rainwater drainage network within the infrastructure of the “Azha Community” residential project in the Al Amra area in Ajman, at a cost of 60 Million Dirhams, in addition to the value of other infrastructure projects in the project, which include internal roads in the residential complex, green spaces, services and facilities for the comfort of residents.
Hanan Janho, Executive Director of Emirates Properties, said: Work on the project is progressing rapidly to complete the first phase, which is being implemented by Prestige Contracting Company and supervised by consultant Khatib and Alami. This phase includes the construction of 347 residential villas, at a cost of 320 Million Dirhams.
The project is an integrated residential complex that includes all services, and is offered for sale and freehold. It is being constructed with a luxurious building system, and the villas offered for sale consist of 4 and 5 rooms.
