Emirates Properties has completed 61% of the residential villas in the first phase of the Azha Community residential project in Al Amerah area in Ajman. It is an integrated residential complex offered for sale for freehold ownership, consisting of 1,800 residential villas on an area of 842,765 square meters. It is built with a luxurious construction system, and the residential villas include 3, 4 and 5 rooms. Work is currently underway to implement the first phase of the project, which includes the construction of 347 residential villas with modern finishes, modern touches and the most luxurious designs.
