Emirates Properties Company, which specializes in real estate development in the Emirate of Ajman, has completed the sale of 80% of the residential villas within the first phase of the (Azha Community) residential project in the Al Amra area in Ajman. The project is an integrated residential complex offered for sale as a freehold property, consisting of 1,800 residential villas on an area of 842,765 square meters, it is built on a luxurious building system. The residential villas include 3 rooms, 4 rooms, and 5 rooms. 50% of the first phase of the project has been completed and includes the construction of 347 villas.
Hanan Janho, Executive Director of Emirates Properties, confirmed that the Azha residential community project in Ajman witnessed a demand from investors, with 80% of the total residential villas sold within the first phase of the project, noting that 50% of the construction work in the project to build 347 residential villas has been completed, as Prestige Contracting Company is building, and the consultant Khatib and Alami are following up and supervising the project implementation stages.
