Dubai completed the construction of 2,212 buildings and villas during the first nine months of the current year 2024, and September was the highest in building completion, while April was the lowest. According to Dubai Digital Data (Dubai Statistics Center), villas, both private and investment, accounted for the largest share of buildings completed in 9 months, at 86%, with 1,909 villas, distributed as follows: 1,297 private villas, representing 58.6% of the total completed, and investment villas, representing 612 villas, representing 27.6%.
Multi-storey buildings came in third place with 138 buildings, representing 6.2%, and public buildings came in fourth with 86 buildings, representing 3.8%, and industrial facilities with 79 buildings, representing 3.6% of the total completed. According to the distribution of completed buildings compared to the months, September was the month with the most completed buildings, with 433 buildings, March came second with 314 buildings, July with 247 buildings, August with 243 buildings, June and February with 225 buildings each, January with 201 buildings, May with 172 buildings, and finally, April was the month with the least number of completed buildings, with 152 buildings.
