The value of real estate transactions in Dubai in two days exceeded more than 9 billion dirhams, recording transactions worth 9.2 billion dirhams, as the Dubai Land Department recorded yesterday more than 4.64 billion dirhams completed through 1,165 transactions, while the day before it recorded 4.56 billion dirhams.
Yesterday, the department witnessed the registration of 977 sales worth 3.32 billion dirhams, including 155 sales of land, 781 sales of residential units, and 41 sales of buildings.
The Wadi Al Safa 7 area topped sales yesterday in terms of value with 579 million dirhams through 73 deals, and the Business Bay area came second with a value of 392 million dirhams resulting from 88 deals, and third was the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area with 245 million dirhams through 135 deals, and fourth was the Dubai Maritime City area with 3 Deals worth 217 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 1.19 billion dirhams, carried out through 148 transactions, including 38 mortgages for land, 110 mortgages for residential units, and 21 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 40 donations worth 132 million dirhams.
The day before it, the real estate market witnessed the sale of two apartments worth 270 million dirhams. In addition, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department, amounted to more than 4.56 billion dirhams, completed through 1,465 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 1,234 sales of sale worth 2.8 billion dirhams, including 125 sales of land, 1,037 sales of housing units, and 72 sales of buildings.
