Yesterday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to about 1.85 Billion Dirhams, completed through 908 deals.
The department witnessed the registration of 739 sales worth 1.39 Billion Dirhams, including 40 sales of lands, 659 sales of residential units, and 40 sales of buildings. The Business Bay area topped sales in terms of value with 138 Million Dirhams through 54 deals, and the Jumeirah Village Circle area came second with a value of 133 Million Dirhams resulting from 158 deals, and third was the Palm Jumeirah City area with 130 Million Dirhams through 13 deals.
Mortgages recorded a value of 316 Million Dirhams, carried out through 155 transactions, including 33 mortgages for land, 103 mortgages for residential units, and 19 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 14 donations worth 103 Million Dirhams.
