It is built with a luxurious construction system, and the residential villas include 3, 4 and 5 rooms. Work is currently underway to implement the first phase of the project, which includes the construction of 347 residential villas with modern finishes, modern touches and the most luxurious designs.
The company confirmed that the “Azha Community” residential project in Ajman has witnessed a turnout from investors, as 95% of the total residential villas in the first phase of the project have been sold, and work on the construction process is proceeding at a rapid pace, noting that work on the project to build 347 residential villas is progressing, as Prestige Contracting Company is carrying out the construction process and the consultant “Khatib & Alami” is following up and supervising the project implementation stages, and work is proceeding at a rapid pace.
The company explained that the “Azhi Community” residential project provides luxury to residents and is one of the leading real estate development projects in Ajman to provide an integrated residential complex at a cost of 300 million dirhams. She revealed the existence of a flexible payment plan over 4 years, including a 10% down payment and monthly installments starting from 1% before delivery, and monthly installments of 2% after delivery. She pointed out that there is flexibility and facilities in the payment and settlement process.
