AZIZI Developments announced the completion of 99% of construction in the “Creek Views 2” project, which costs 350 Million Dirhams, which is located on the shores of the famous Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City. It is scheduled to be delivered during the first quarter of 2024.
” Creek Views 2 ” is located in a strategic area that is best connected to various parts of the city. The project includes 587 units, including 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom apartments, and 35 two-bedroom apartments. The project includes two swimming pools, sauna and steam rooms, a fully equipped gym, a children’s play area, as well as a wide range of other facilities.
The structure, bricks, interior cladding, heating, air conditioning and ventilation works, tile work, swimming pools, facades, elevators and external works were completely completed, while the completion rate in mechanical and electrical extensions reached 99%, in addition to the completion of 99% of the overall finishes. The total workforce in the project is 750 individuals.
