Real estate transactions in the Dubai market from the beginning of 2025 until the end of trading on Friday (101 days) amounted to AED 220 billion, resulting from more than 66,098 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST, the smart application of the Dubai Land Department.
Transactions included sales worth AED 162.3 billion, achieved through 51,432 transactions, representing a growth of nearly 33% (25%) in both value and number compared to the same period in 2024, which reached AED 122 billion (more than 41,000 transactions).
In terms of the highest transactions, Business Bay came in first with a value of AED 8.2 billion, through 3,007 transactions. Palm Jebel Ali came in second with approximately AED 8 billion, achieved through 341 transactions. Airport City came in third with AED 7.56 billion, resulting from 1,826 transactions.
Mortgages reached AED 46.3 billion, resulting from 12,440 transactions. Jumeirah Beach Residence ranked first with AED 2.7 billion, resulting from 100 transactions. Palm Jumeirah came in second with AED 2.68 billion, resulting from 129 transactions. Business Bay came in third with AED 2.9 billion, resulting from 465 transactions.
Grants reached AED 10.8 billion, resulting from 2,226 transactions. Palm Jumeirah ranked first with AED 1 billion, resulting from 105 transactions. Emirates Hills came in second with AED 850 million, resulting from 44 transactions. Burj Khalifa came in third with AED 808 million, resulting from 122 transactions.
Real Estate in a Week
Real estate transactions in Dubai during the week amounted to AED 18.5 billion, resulting from 5,307 transactions.
Sales reached AED 14.6 billion, resulting from 4,171 transactions. Mortgages generated AED 3.1 billion through 1,015 transactions, while grants reached AED 822 million through 121 transactions.
Daily Transactions
On Friday, real estate transactions generated AED 3 billion through 847 transactions. These included sales worth AED 2.6 billion through 579 transactions, approximately AED 269 million in mortgages (255 transactions), and AED 68 million in grants (13 transactions).
