Driven Properties announced a new record deal, as it sold the most expensive villa ever on Jumeirah Bay Island within the Sea Mirror project, an exclusive residential complex on the waterfront that includes architectural masterpieces designed by the famous architecture firm Jacobsen Arquittura. The villa was sold by Driven Real Estate agents, Lina Alawa and Kiaunush Darban, for 175 million dirhams.
Occupying a plot of 15,000 square feet with a built-up area of 17,500 square feet, the villa features five luxurious bedrooms, a 25-metre pool in the basement, a state-of-the-art gym, spa, sauna, steam room, wine cellar, cigar room and a stunning rooftop terrace.
