A New Project in Dubai Worth 3.7 Billion Dirhams and 5 Records

Tiger Real Estate Company announced the launch of the “Tiger Sky” project in the center of the Business Bay area – Dubai. The investment cost of the residential project amounts to 3.7 billion dirhams ($1 billion), and it is a residential tower 532 meters high, consisting of 122 floors, and includes 849 residential units and commercial spaces.

The new project features international restaurants, entertainment spaces, gardens, fitness centers, a children’s play area, and many other quality facilities. It breaks 5 world records by hosting the highest rain-forest in the world at 447 meters, the highest adventure railway that passes through the rain-forest and is suitable for all ages at 447 meters, and includes the highest infinity pool at 431 meters, the highest penthouse at 427 meters, and the highest restaurant. Luxurious with a distinctive view of Burj Khalifa.

The residential units in the project vary between one, two, three and four bedrooms, including 19 penthouses, and unit prices start at 2,200,000 dirhams, and ownership is available to all nationalities, with an easy payment plan extending over 7 years, and the project is expected to be completed. In the second quarter of 2029.

Engineer Amer Walid Al-Zoubi, the company’s executive director, said in a press statement: “The company is celebrating the launch of its unique and distinctive project, “Tiger Sky,” which is one of the company’s most luxurious and tallest projects, and will include a variety of luxury apartments and quality facilities.”

Al-Zoubi continued by saying: “The construction operations in the project are expected to take 4 years, with the company starting to deliver the residential units to buyers and investors in the second half of 2029.”

Al-Zoubi expressed his expectations that the project will achieve great demand, especially with the luxury units and distinctive quality facilities it provides, explaining that the project has witnessed demand and interest from many local and international residents and investors.
