DarGlobal, the developer of real estate projects, announced the conclusion of a new partnership with Aston Martin. Under this cooperation, the British brand will design the interior designs for one of the luxury residential projects overlooking the beachfront in Ras Al Khaimah.
The new project, which is scheduled to be officially unveiled next May, is located on Al Marjan Island. This is the first time that the famous international design team at Aston Martin has participated in developing the designs of a real estate project in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, thus enhancing the cooperation of Aston Martin’s successes in the United States and Japan.
The new residential project will be located in a prime strategic location near the upcoming “Wayne” resort. The project is expected to be officially unveiled in May 2024 at a total cost of about $250 Million, and construction work is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2027 in cooperation with the Arvis Group.
