We expect the sector to continue its growth with the launch of more modern and luxurious living concepts nationwide on Saadiyat Island and across strategic locations in Abu Dhabi.”
Rashid Al Amira, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, said: “The real estate sector in Abu Dhabi is witnessing a sustained rise in demand for various categories of real estate assets, as this new record reflects the flexibility and maturity of the market, and also highlights the growing position of Abu Dhabi as a preferred city for living, working and investing. We are constantly working to find new opportunities and explore different ways to advance the sector towards new heights of development, and our mission remains to develop distinguished real estate projects that harmoniously combine the components of the unique and diverse cultural landscape of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, making it an exceptional destination for living and investing in the global real estate market.”
Both the penthouse and the sky villa overlook Saadiyat Beach. The penthouse occupies an entire floor and includes a private elevator and a spacious terrace that includes a swimming pool with a distinctive view of the Guggenheim Museum and the Boulevard Grove.
The Nobu Residences project includes apartments consisting of one to three bedrooms, penthouse units and loft units (two-story apartments), and the upper villa “Sky Villa”, next to a hotel consisting of 125 rooms, and a Nobu brand restaurant and a rooftop lounge.
It should be noted that the project development work will end in the second quarter of 2027.
