Real estate transactions in Dubai on Tuesday recorded more than AED 2.6 billion, according to data from Dubai Rest. The total value of sales amounted to AED 1.45 billion, resulting from 503 deals, with Business Bay coming in first place with AED 166 million, followed by Burj Khalifa in second place with AED 111 million, then Dubai Hills in third place with AED 90 million.
Mortgages achieved AED 450 million through 165 transactions, the highest of which was in Al Qusais 1 with AED 82 million, then Palm Jumeirah with AED 52 million, followed by Dubai Hills with AED 36 million.
As for donations, they reached about AED 700 million through 125 procedures. The highest was in Jumeirah Beach Residence with a value of AED 447 million resulting from a single procedure for a plot of land, then Jumeirah Lakes Towers in second place with AED 172 million, followed in third place by Umm Suqeim 1 with AED 18 million.
