A Plot of Land Sold for One Billion Dirhams in Dubai

Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Tuesday reached AED 3.1 billion, resulting from 771 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST.

Sales reached AED 1.61 billion, resulting from 662 transactions. The highest value was in the Trade Centre 1 area, with a value of AED 1 billion, achieved through a single land transaction. Palm Jumeirah 2 followed with approximately AED 156 million, achieved through eight transactions. Jumeirah Village Circle came in third with AED 121 million, resulting from 78 transactions.

Mortgages also generated AED 1.23 billion through 148 transactions. Trade Centre 1 came in first with a value of AED 665 million, resulting from a single transaction. Pearl Jumeirah 2 followed with AED 124 million, resulting from a single transaction. Dubai Science Park came in third with approximately AED 42 million, resulting from a single transaction. As for donations, they reached AED 277 million through 21 transactions. Al Satwa came in first with AED 140 million through two transactions, followed by Dubai Hills with AED 78 million through three transactions, and Al Mamzar in third place with AED 21 million resulting from two transactions.
