On Wednesday, the real estate market in Dubai recorded a deal to sell a plot of land within the Al Thanya Fifth area, at a value that touched half a billion dirhams. The total area of the land is about 449 thousand square feet, with an average price of 1,097 dirhams per square foot, according to Dubai Rest data.
Total sales during the first hours of transactions reached 1.96 billion dirhams, resulting from 510 deals, the highest of which came in the fifth year with half a billion dirhams through one sale, then Jumeirah Heights second with 158 million dirhams through one deal, followed by Business Bay third with 140 million dirhams. It resulted in 55 transactions.
The value of mortgages reached 500 million dirhams through 85 procedures, while donations amounted to 237 million dirhams resulting from 47 transactions. Thus, the total value of Wednesday’s transactions reaches 2.74 billion dirhams.
