A Real Estate Developer in Dubai Plans to Hire 7,000 People by 2025.

Azizi Developments welcomed 1,620 new employees in four months, a remarkable achievement that highlights its effective role in enhancing employment opportunities in the UAE real estate market.

The company has witnessed significant growth in its headcount, increasing from 120 employees in 2017 to 350 in 2019, then 3,600 in 2022. It now employs approximately 36,000 employees, including approximately 6,000 white-collar staff. It plans to hire an additional 7,000 employees this year.

The company has grown from a small team of only seven employees in 2007 to 35,978 professionals and construction workers by April 2025, reflecting its rapid growth as the leading private developer in the region’s thriving real estate sector. Promoting Innovation and Quality

In line with the UAE’s Emiratisation goals, Azizi Developments has significantly intensified its efforts to recruit Emirati talent, with the number of local talents increasing significantly across the company’s various departments.
