Real estate transactions in Dubai, at the beginning of the week’s trading on Monday, recorded AED 5.86 billion, resulting from 1,375 transactions, according to data from Dubai Rest.
The total value of sales amounted to AED 3.35 billion, resulting from 1,078 transactions. Nad Al Sheba 1 came in first place with a value of AED 551 million through 66 transactions, followed by Hind City 2 with AED 236 million resulting from 124 transactions, then Palm Jebel Ali 3 with AED 231 million through 10 transactions.
Mortgages achieved AED 2.36 billion through 258 transactions, the highest of which was in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) with AED 1.58 billion through one transaction, then Palm Jumeirah 2 with AED 198 million through 23 transactions, followed by Al Rawda 3 with AED 77 million resulting from 4 transactions.
As for donations, they reached about 151 million dirhams through 39 transactions, the highest of which was in Emirates Hills, with a value of 45 million dirhams resulting from one transaction, followed by Dubai Marina in second place with 33 million dirhams through 11 transactions, followed in third place by Al Khawaneej 2 with 17 million dirhams resulting from one transaction.
