Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Tuesday reached AED 2.76 billion, resulting from 875 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST.
Sales reached AED 1.88 billion, resulting from 695 transactions. The highest value was recorded in the Al Yalayis 1 area, with a value of AED 230 million through 78 transactions. Bu Kadra followed with approximately AED 155 million, achieved through 12 transactions, followed by Dubai Marina, which achieved AED 114 million, resulting from 15 transactions.
Mortgages also generated AED 754 million through 155 transactions. Emirates Hills came in first with a value of AED 162 million, resulting from four transactions. Sama Al Jaddaf came in second with AED 134 million, resulting from two transactions. Motor City came in third with approximately AED 81 million, resulting from three transactions.
Donations reached AED 127 million through 25 transactions. Palm Jumeirah came in first with AED 64 million through a single transaction, followed by Jumeirah Lakes Towers with AED 16 million through nine transactions, and Umm Suqeim 3 in third place with AED 15.7 million resulting from a single transaction.
