Real estate disposals in the Dubai market were recorded on Wednesday, 2.66 billion dirhams resulting from 888 procedures, according to Dubai Rest data.
The sales amounted to AED 2 billion, resulting from 703 deals, the top of which came in the Dubai Islands region worth AED 214 million through 63 deals, then the second Palm Jebel Ali about AED 148 million achieved through two deals, followed by a third Business Bay with AED 109 million resulting from 42 deals.
The mortgage also achieved 518 million dirhams through 159 procedures, Dubai Production City came first with a value of 52 million dirhams through 6 procedures, then the second liwan with 51 million dirhams resulting from two procedures.
The donations reached AED 142 million through 26 transactions, Dubai Islands came first worth 41 million dirhams through one transaction, then Arjan in second place with about 40 million dirhams through one transaction.
