Real estate disposals in Dubai on Tuesday reached 3.1 billion dirhams resulting from 929 actions, according to Dubai Rest data.
The value of sales amounted to 2.2 billion dirhams resulting from 738 deals, the hight peak in the second Mo’aisem area worth 336 million dirhams through 20 deals, then Elais 1 in second place with about 248 million dirhams achieved through 67 deals, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens a third with 173 million dirhams resulting in 37 deals. The mortgage amounted to AED 735 million through 167 procedures.
The donations reached AED 163 million through 24 transactions, Dubai Hills area came first worth AED 42 million through one transaction, then the International City in second place with about 33,50 million dirhams through one transaction.
