AED 2.3 Billion in Dubai Real Estate Sales on Thursday

Total Transactions Reach AED 3.75 Billion

Real estate transactions in Dubai reached AED 3.75 billion on Thursday, resulting from 1,233 deals, according to data from Dubai REST, the official app of the Dubai Land Department.

Sales accounted for AED 2.26 billion across 896 transactions, with Business Bay leading at approximately AED 261 million through 76 deals, followed by Barsha Heights with AED 120 million from a single land transaction, and Palm Jumeirah ranking third with AED 108 million generated from 10 sales.

Mortgages totaled AED 904 million across 311 transactions. The top areas included Barsha Heights with AED 130 million (4 deals), Jumeirah Village Circle with AED 108 million (11 deals), and Jumeirah 1 with AED 90 million from a single transaction.

Gifts amounted to AED 59 million through 26 transactions. Jabal Ali First ranked first with AED 8 million from two deals, followed by International City (Phases 2 and 3) with AED 7 million, and Al Hebiah Fifth with AED 6 million from one transaction each.
