Real estate transactions in Dubai in the middle of the week touched about 2.4 billion dirhams, resulting from 1051 deals, according to the Dubai Land Department.
According to the Department, real estate sales amounted to about 1.70 billion dirhams, resulting from 632 transactions, most notably in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City-Distrk One area. Face One is worth 103 million, two plots of land, 37 units were sold in the Binghati Skyrise area, for 67 million, and 17 lands were sold for AED 36 million, in DAMAC Hills area (2)-Filet 3.
In terms of mortgages, it amounted to 403 million resulting from 287 deals, the highest of which was in the Luna Residences area worth 41.8 million, resulting from 190 units, a land mortgage worth 19 million in the Fairway Vistas area, and land in the “Murooj Al Furjan 2 area of 5 million.
Midweek donations in Dubai recorded about 279 million, for 132 transactions, including the Nobles area with 111 million for 54 units, followed by the Regina area with 40 million, worth 41 units, followed by land worth 7 million in the Alaya area.
