Real estate disposals in the Dubai market, on Tuesday, recorded 3 billion dirhams resulting from 973 procedures, according to data from Dubai Rest, the application of the Land Department in the emirate.
The sales amounted to AED 2.55 billion, resulting from 783 deals, the top of which came in the Dubai Healthcare City area – Phase II worth AED 198 million through 3 deals, then Elais 1 second with about AED 187 million achieved through 52 deals, followed by Dubai Navigation City III with AED 126 million resulting in 41 deals.
The mortgages also achieved 391 million dirhams through 155 procedures, the Waterfront came first worth 60 million dirhams through 5 procedures, then the Business Bay second with 51 million dirhams resulting from 9 procedures, followed by The Villa in third place with about 20 million dirhams through 4 procedures
As for the gifts, they reached 69 million dirhams through 35 transactions, the Business Bay region came first worth 16 million dirhams through 8 transactions, then Safa 2 seconds with about 13 million dirhams through one transaction, and Dubai Harbour a third with 11 million dirhams resulting from 3 transactions.
