Real estate disposals in the Dubai market, Wednesday, recorded 4.4 billion dirhams resulting from 1,108 actions, according to Dubai Rest data.
The value of sales amounted to 3.67 billion dirhams (equivalent to about one billion dollars) resulting from 907 deals, the tp of which came in the Palm Jebel Ali area worth 436 million dirhams through 5 deals, then the second Moaisem in second place with about 415 million dirhams achieved through 27 deals, followed by Elis 1 third with 198 million dirhams resulting from 38 deals. The mortgages also achieved 433 million dirhams, while the donations reached 284 million dirhams.
