AED 615 Million is the Total Real Estate Valuation in Ajman During July

The number of real estate valuation transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during last July reached 194 transactions, with a total of 615 million dirhams, with a remarkable growth exceeding 42.7% compared to last June.

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that the valuation operations included commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties, noting that commercial properties received the largest share of the total valuation value, amounting to 338 million dirhams, ahead of residential properties, whose total value amounted to 179 million dirhams.

The Director General of the Department indicated that the July report included personal valuation transactions, valuations for courts and institutions, in addition to valuations for long-term golden residencies for investors, which numbered 177 transactions, an increase of 45.7%, while their total value amounted to 374 million dirhams, achieving a growth exceeding 47.8% compared to last June.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman recorded 400 real estate valuation transactions with a total value exceeding AED 1.92 billion during the first quarter of 2024. The data included in the quarterly real estate report showed that personal valuation transactions increased by 129% compared to the same period in 2023.
