The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman launched field evaluation operations for real estate offices within the framework of the fifth session of the real estate classification project in the Emirate of Ajman.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the field visits will include 1,140 real estate offices in order to evaluate the performance of the real estate offices and closely monitor their readiness and commitment to the standards and regulations of the real estate classification program.
Al Muhairi added that the department succeeded, through the real estate classification project, in improving the performance of the various concerned groups and improving their work methods to keep pace with the standards and requirements set by the department in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the project, consolidate the position of the Emirate of Ajman on the real estate map, enhance the investment environment, and provide integrated proactive services with international standards and high efficiency.
Al Muhairi explained: Since the launch of the first version of the real estate classification program, the department has been keen to develop the performance of real estate offices and real estate brokers, and to enhance their awareness through specialized training programs and direct meetings centered around explaining the real estate classification standards and empowering the target groups and qualifying them to compete for the program’s awards in its various categories.
