Ajman Lands to Hold Partners Forum 2025

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held the Partners Forum 2025, attended by representatives of government and private entities. The forum aimed to enhance cooperation and develop relationships to serve shared goals and achieve the department’s vision and future strategic objectives.

During the forum, held at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, the department reviewed the role of its strategic partners in its various achievements, particularly those related to customer happiness, developing digital infrastructure, eliminating bureaucracy, and building a sustainable real estate future.
Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Partners Forum is an opportunity to discuss the mechanism for developing the Tamlak package in Ajman, future joint projects, and ways to maximize their benefits. It also highlights available opportunities to enhance institutional performance, anticipate the future of services, and enhance their quality in line with the rapid development witnessed by the real estate sector in Ajman. He added that the department is committed to the vision and directives of the wise leadership aimed at eliminating bureaucracy, simplifying procedures, and developing work methods. He highlighted the importance of providing proactive services characterized by high quality and efficiency, enriching the customer experience, and providing them with all means of comfort and luxury.
