Aldar Properties yesterday announced the launch of its new residential complex, “Mamsha Gardens”, next to the Saadiyat Walk in the Cultural District on Saadiyat Island. The project combines luxury residential units with modern retail spaces and gardens.
“Mamsha Gardens” enjoys views of the Zayed National Museum and the beaches of the Arabian Gulf, and includes a walkway that extends along the complex, allowing residents to access some of the most prominent cultural and entertainment destinations on Saadiyat Island. “Mamsha Gardens” includes 7 residential buildings consisting of 493 homes.

The project aims to achieve a 3 Pearl rating under the Estidama Pearl Rating System and a 2 Star rating from Fituel – the world’s leading certification system for healthy buildings.
50% of the retail and residential parking spaces will be ready to become electric car charging stations, in addition to several walking paths. Sales of the units are scheduled to begin on November 9, 2024, for interested buyers of all nationalities.
