Al-Jubail Island Investment Company announced the launch of “Bidaa Al-Jubail”, which includes an exclusive number of luxury residential villas, distinguished by their stunning views of the city of Abu-Dhabi and the mangrove forests, at a development cost amounting to 4 Billion Dirhams.
“Bidaa Al-Jubail” is part of the island development project in the heart of Abu-Dhabi with a protected natural environment. It extends over an area of more than 446,000 square meters and 8 kilometers of waterfronts, while the land areas range between 2,000 square meters and 6,000 square meters, and provides nine Types of luxury residential villas with areas ranging from 1,100 square meters to 3,000 square meters.
