“Al Khaleej” lens monitored the progress made in the luxury resort project “Wynn Marjan Island”, which is currently being constructed in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. It is the first integrated beach resort developed by the company and is located on a picturesque island extending over an area of about 62 hectares and overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Wynn Resorts is cooperating in developing the resort with “Murjan” and “RAK Hospitality Holding”. More than 4,700 workers work at the project site day and night. The project is expected to be the first integrated entertainment resort of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa.
The construction process of Wynn Marjan Island Resort began in early 2023 under special management by Alec Engineering and Contracting Company, which is based in the United Arab Emirates. The height of the structure at the project site has currently reached 40 meters, and the full height of the tower will reach more than 300 meters, which is expected to be reached in the fourth quarter of 2025. The resort will open its doors to guests at the beginning of 2027.
