Al Rasikhon Real Estate Launches Rawdat Al Sidr in Sharjah

In the presence of Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Mohammed Ahmed Al Awadhi, Director General of the Chamber, Al Rasikhon Real Estate announced the launch of its new project, Rawdat Al Sidr, in the Emirate of Sharjah. Sales of residential, commercial, and industrial plots are part of the master plan for the 8.5 million square foot project, which represents an extension of the company’s vision to develop integrated communities. This announcement was made during a ceremony organized by the company at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre on Sunday, attended by several government officials, representatives of real estate companies and offices, and a group of investors and those interested in the real estate development sector.

The ceremony began with a welcoming speech emphasizing Sharjah’s importance as a promising strategic location for investment, given its advanced infrastructure, thoughtful urban planning, and encouraging economic policies that prioritize sustainability. The project extends over a strategic location in Sharjah, offering distinctive views of Al Qasimia and Khorfakkan Roads, and is close to Al Dhaid Road and Khalid Bin Sultan City. Its proximity to the future Etihad Rail route provides it with growing investment value in the long term. The project combines residential comfort with commercial investment opportunities.

The project includes a diverse group of plots, distributed between residential plots (building permit: ground floor + 2 floors), residential, commercial, and residential investment plots, in addition to plots designated for residential and commercial offices (building permit: ground floor + mezzanine floor + 3 floors).

Al Owais said: “We are pleased to celebrate the launch of this project, which represents a unique investment opportunity in the Emirate of Sharjah, complementing the emirate’s economic trends in the coming period. This step comes within the framework of the Chamber’s vision to support the real estate sector as a key driver of growth by providing a stimulating environment for developers and strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors.” Khalifa Sultan bin Hareb Al Muhairi, the company’s general manager, emphasized that the project is the fruit of an ambitious strategic vision based on deep experience in the real estate sector. He said, “We are proud that this project is located in Sharjah, given its stimulating regulatory environment, advanced infrastructure, and unlimited official support for the real estate sector.”
