Aldar Group announced its success in selling all the units of the first phase of the “The Wilds” project, achieving sales worth AED 5 billion, during a series of local and international sales events. At this stage, the house had launched villas consisting of three, four and five bedrooms, where 734 houses were sold.
The Wilds is a unique residential complex, offering its residents the opportunity to live in a beautiful natural environment. This project is the third residential complex of the house in Dubai within the framework of its partnership with Dubai Holding. It has succeeded in attracting a wide range of buyers, with international buyers and residents accounting for 92% of sales, confirming Dubai’s position as a global destination for long-term residence and investment. Buyers from India, China and the United Kingdom top the list of buyers in terms of sales volume.
Buyers under the age of 45 accounted for 52% of buyers, reflecting the wide demand for complexes that promote the well-being of families, encourage an active lifestyle and provide a supportive environment for young explorers, which The Wilds provide within green spaces and wildlife. Buyers who own a property for the first time in an Aldar project accounted for 85% of sales, reflecting the growing customer base and reputation of the group in Dubai.

The Wilds Complex includes nearly 1,700 residential units surrounded by environmentally friendly corridors and innovative green spaces that give it a touch of privacy in the atmosphere of nature. In the next phase of the project, the house is working on launching luxurious palaces consisting of five and six bedrooms designed by the famous Lebanese architect Nabil Ghulam, in addition to apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, with distinguished views of the green spaces of the complex inspired by nature.
