Alef announced the appointment of CC7 as the main contractor for the “Al Mamsha Raseel” project, part of the AED 1.1 billion “Al Mamsha Sharjah” project. The project includes 11 buildings within the “Darb” and “Nama” clusters, providing 1,915 residential units, and is scheduled for delivery in December 2028.

The Sharjah Walk project spans 3 million square feet and consists of four zones: Al Mamsha Souq, Al Mamsha Seera, Al Mamsha Raseel, and Al Mamsha Hamsa. It is Sharjah’s first walkable residential community, seamlessly integrating residential and commercial spaces. Its strategic location near Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road provides easy access and convenience for both residents and visitors.
