Omniyat Group has announced the launch of Beyond, a real estate development company specializing in luxury properties. As part of this initiative, Omniyat Group has unveiled a strategic 11 million square feet project on the Jumeirah Coast, of which 8 million square feet will be allocated to Beyond.
The new project will combine world-class amenities and luxury with interactive technologies. Strategically located on the Jumeirah Coast, this mega project will include vast green spaces and all the amenities and luxury, in addition to the finest international hospitality services.
