The real estate market in Dubai recorded one of the highest prices for apartments with the sale of an apartment worth 205 million dirhams ($55.8 million) within the Dorchester Collection Dubai project in the Business Bay area.
Sales of the real estate sector in the emirate during the first hours of trading on Tuesday reached 1.65 billion dirhams, resulting from 578 deals.
