On Monday, the real estate market in Dubai recorded the sale of a residential apartment within the Orla project by Omniyat on Palm Jumeirah at a price of 81 Million Dirhams, with an area of 11,381 square feet, according to “Dubai Rest” data.
Sales of the real estate sector in the emirate reached more than two Billion Dirhams, resulting from 874 deals, the highest of which was in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, at about 234 Million Dirhams, then Ras Al Khor Industrial 1, with a value of 136.1 Million Dirhams, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle, with 136 Million Dirhams.
Mortgages approached 323 Million Dirhams, while donations ranged around 302 Million Dirhams, bringing the total value of transactions to 2.63 Billion Dirhams.
