At the beginning of trading on Monday, the Dubai real estate market witnessed the sale of an off-plan residential apartment in the Palm Jumeirah area for 122 million dirhams.
According to data from the Land Department, the apartment is within the “Six Senses Residences” project and has an area of 26.5 thousand square feet, which is equivalent to 4,601 dirhams per square foot. The first two working hours at the beginning of the week’s trading witnessed 779 transactions, with a total value of about 1.39 billion dirhams.
