RAK Properties has announced the expansion of its partnership with Minor Hotels to launch a luxury residential project under the Anantara brand in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. The signing ceremony took place during the Future Hospitality Summit, in a significant step that reinforces RAK Properties’ vision to enhance Mina Al Arab’s position as a global destination for luxury living within an integrated and vibrant community.
This expanded partnership comes within the framework of RAK Properties’ strategy to attract the most prominent global brands in the hospitality sector, which enhances the emirate’s attractiveness to investors and residents seeking luxury living experiences. By collaborating with global brands, such as Anantara, RAK Properties affirms its commitment to developing sustainable projects that enhance the emirate’s position as a distinguished destination for luxury living and tourism. This partnership represents a pivotal step in expanding the company’s portfolio of luxury properties and supporting Ras Al Khaimah’s vision to achieve an exceptional level of living on the waterfront. The Anantara Mina Al Arab project in Ras Al Khaimah will include 94 luxury apartments and 20 villas, with world-class facilities, private infinity pools, spacious terraces and direct beach access, all in a private setting whether in their sea-view apartments or their overwater villas.
JT&P was appointed as the lead designer to ensure the project’s architectural excellence and blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment.
