Arada and Minor Hotels have officially launched off-plan sales for Anantara Sharjah Residences, the all-new luxury beachfront residential destination in the Emirate of Sharjah. The 128 residential units are located within the Anantara Sharjah Resort, which is a five-star hotel complex that will provide the highest standards of upscale beachfront hospitality.
Arada, which owns the project, is developing Anantara Sharjah Residences and Anantara Sharjah Resort, which will be operated by Minor Hotels. The building features stunning architecture, including a gateway designed to show the path of the sun. The complex is located on the northeastern edge of Al Heera Beach, which in turn represents an exceptional tourist destination with a 3.5 km beachfront that includes special running and cycling paths with a wide range of upscale restaurants and cafes.
The new owners of Anantara Sharjah Residences will enjoy many amenities and services, including a private beach and pier, beautifully landscaped swimming pools and water features, and an outdoor café. They will also benefit from the exceptional facilities nearby at the 110-room Anantara Sharjah Resort, which includes a large infinity pool, five fine dining restaurants including the brand’s luxurious Mekong restaurant, the Anantara Spa with private facilities for men and women, a modern fitness club, and a children’s club. And a meeting and events hall with an area of 400 square meters.
Construction work will begin on Anantara Sharjah Resort and Anantara Sharjah Residences during the next year, and they are expected to be completed before the end of 2027.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, said: “Anantara is one of the most distinguished luxury hotel brands in the world, and we are pleased to welcome this brand to Sharjah for the first time.” He added: “Our partnership with Minor Hotels will provide the elements of quality and speed of delivery that distinguish Arada, in addition to the harmony, culture, heritage and excellence of services associated with the high-end Anantara hotel brand.”
