Arada awarded two construction contracts worth 615 Million Dirhams to build 565 homes in the Azalea neighborhood; The fourth phase of the modern Masar community in nature in the Al Suyoh suburb of Sharjah. The total sales value of the Masar community amounts to 9.5 billion UAE Dirhams, and it includes 3,000 villas and rural homes distributed within six phases, linked by a green central axis that includes 70,000 trees and provides its residents with a modern life experience inspired by rich nature.
Construction work on the Azalea neighborhood will begin immediately, with all homes expected to be delivered to the new owners by the end of next year.
With the award of these two contracts, the number of homes currently under construction will be more than 1,500 within the second, third and fourth phases, following the completion of the construction of 430 homes within the first phase at the end of 2023. Contracts for the remaining two phases will be awarded during the second quarter of this year, as The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Contracts for the construction of Azalea have been awarded to Saleh Construction Company, which will build 324 homes, and Yanal Building Contracting Company, which will build 241 homes.
Many facilities have previously been opened in the Masar community, which include the Masar Visitor Center and a number of family facilities that include an adventure area for children, a water play area, a skating field, and a branch of Rukn Zad restaurants. The Masar Course also welcomes thousands of riders every month and is a 6.6 km long, wooded, connected professional cycling track with a number of bridges and tunnels, supported by a Loop bike rental and repair center as well as an on-site specialty café.
It is worth noting that the Masar community is located in the growing Al Suyoh suburb in the Emirate of Sharjah and is close to Tilal City, Sharjah Mosque, and the first Arada project, Nasma Residences. The location is easily connected to Emirates Road and Maliha Road, and is no more than a 15-minute drive from Sharjah International Airport and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
