It is a unique project. It consists of a ground floor, five parking spaces, and twenty-nine floors with its own business center. We have other facilities like two swimming pools in the building, and every two or three bedroom apartment in this building is located in a corner with its own private pool. These are very unique features to offer in a residential building in JVC compared to previous projects and here we will offer an option to our customers if they want to have furnished apartments. We also have a model apartment in our sales and customer experience center.
He added that the total cost of the project is over Dh300 million and we will hand over the residential units to customers in the second quarter of 2027, and it has a great payment plan, which is 1% per month until handover.
