Burtville Real Estate Development explained that the company has completed more than 10% of the construction work on the “Ville 11” project, the launch of which was announced last February, as shown by the indicators of the “Dari” platform of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi. The project includes 122 parking spaces, including 8 spaces for electric cars, as well as parking spaces for visitors and additional parking spaces for people of determination.
The project also includes various facilities and services, including a large swimming pool, another shaded area for children, a gym, a health club with an area of 1,500 square feet, 4 distinctive elevators, a large service elevator, a barbecue area, a children’s play area with an area of 6,000 square feet, and a rooftop café with an area of 8,400 square feet, with ping pong table and outdoor screen.
The project includes 2-room, 3-room, and 4-room units, 34 2-room units (simplex), 61 2-room units (duplex), 7 3-room units (duplex), 4 3-room units (triplex), and 5 4-room units (duplex).
