Construction Progress on the “Ville 11” Project in Masdar City

Burtville Real Estate Development Company, the specialized company in the field of real estate development in the Emirates, revealed the progress of construction work on the “Ville 11” project, which the company recently launched in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, and consists of 111 residential units.

Burtville Real Estate Development explained that the company has completed more than 10% of the construction work on the “Ville 11” project, the launch of which was announced last February, as shown by the indicators of the “Dari” platform of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi. The company confirmed its keenness to implement the project according to the specified timetable, in preparation for the completion and delivery of the units to customers on the scheduled date by the third quarter of 2027.

Burtville confirmed that the progress of construction work on the project enhances customers’ confidence in the company’s projects and in the real estate market in Abu Dhabi, as the company intends to unveil a number of new projects in several distinct areas in Abu Dhabi during the next few period, most notably Masdar City, in addition to “Yas Bay” on Yas Island.

The project includes 122 parking spaces, including 8 spaces for electric cars, as well as parking spaces for visitors and additional parking spaces for people of determination.

The project also includes various facilities and services, including a large swimming pool, another shaded area for children, a gym, a health club with an area of ​​1,500 square feet, 4 distinctive elevators, a large service elevator, a barbecue area, a children’s play area with an area of ​​6,000 square feet, and a rooftop café with an area of 8,400 square feet, with ping pong table and outdoor screen.

The project includes 2-room, 3-room, and 4-room units, 34 2-room units (simplex), 61 2-room units (duplex), 7 3-room units (duplex), 4 3-room units (triplex), and 5 4-room units (duplex).
