Danube Properties announced its cooperation with the Dubai Land Department in its pioneering initiative, “Dubai Real Estate Broker Program.” This partnership comes within the framework of efforts to enhance the involvement of new national brokers in the vital real estate community, and to consolidate the principle of nationalization in this sector. At the beginning of this month, the Dubai Land Department worked to qualify 166 young men and women, citizens of the United Arab Emirates, within the Dubai Program for Real Estate Brokers. This program is considered one of the most prominent initiatives that fall under the umbrella of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, as it embodies a strategic effort aimed at preparing and qualifying Emirati youth to assume pivotal tasks in the real estate sector.

Adel Sajan, General Manager of Danube Group, explained the content of the basic offers provided by Danube Properties to the UAE National Cooperation Programme. This includes a special commission of 6% for the sale of real estate to UAE national buyers, as well as home vouchers worth 10,000 dirhams for UAE national buyers to furnish their homes, along with vouchers worth 2,000 dirhams from Danube Sports World, to maintain your physical fitness, through modern sports facilities, and Danube Properties will exempt the units. Residential properties sold by UAE national real estate brokers are subject to service fees for a period of three years.
This initiative would directly contribute to enhancing their financial potential and motivating them to actively promote the company’s properties. The company provides national brokers with full access to our developer inventory, to ensure that they have full knowledge of the available units.
The company will also appoint experienced sales managers to provide the necessary support, training and assistance to brokers in completing sales deals.
