Zazen Properties has announced the handover of the sold-out Zazen Gardens project, which comprises 155 residential units, the first LEED Gold certified residential project in the UAE, marking a milestone in sustainable urban development and in line with the country’s strategic initiative for climate neutrality 2050. The project is expected to reduce approximately 470 metric tons of carbon emissions annually, and generate approximately 390,000 kilowatt hours of solar electricity on-site each year.
