Dh5 Billion Residential Project in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai

Palma Developments has launched the AED 5 billion Serenia District, a luxury residential project in Jumeirah Islands, spanning over 600,000 square feet, with a total built-up area of ​​3.5 million square feet. The project consists of 6 towers with 6 living areas, and the first phase of the project includes the 46-storey West Residence Tower, which includes 419 apartments.

The project was designed by the Japanese company Nikken Sekkei, and its design was inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Eriko, which relies on calm, simplicity and optimal use of space.
